Steps:
- 1. First season the potatoes. Heat oil in a 10 inch frying pan. Add in the potatoes to cook & stir constantly for about 5 mins over medium heat.
- 2. Press them flat with a turner. Cook over low heat, then shake pan a few times until bottom is golden brown.
- 3. Fold potato in half & serve warm.
