Steps:
- 1. Grate rind of one orange. In a small saucepan, add orange rind, sugar and butter. Mix and cook until thick and sugar has dissolved. Cool slightly.
- 2. Take the two tubes of refrigerated biscuits and cut them into quarters. I use kitchen shears to make it easy. Place the quartered biscuits into a buttered loaf pan.
- 3. Pour orange/sugar/butter mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Dump out immediately onto aluminum foil or plate. Enjoy!
