~ Easy Peasy Cheesy Bacon Muffins ~ image

Can you say yum? These delicious muffins are sure to please and so easy to put together. Who doesn't like the combination of cheese and bacon? They make a great appetizer as well. I've cut each halve into 4ths and served as a finger food. Try them on your family sometime, they'll love them. :) These would not be a dieters...

Number Of Ingredients 5

5 oz cheese whiz or any spreadable cheese
2 green onions, sliced
8 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 Tbsp softened, butter
4 english muffins

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325 degree F. Mix all ingredients except for the muffins in a small bowl.
  • 2. Spread an even amount of cheese mix onto muffin halves. Place on sheet pan.
  • 3. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, then broil for another 4 - 5 minutes or until beginning to golden and bubble.
  • 4. Serve immediately. Yummy good!
