Easy Pita Crisps image

2 pitas
3 tablespoons olive oil
Coarse salt and ground pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Split pitas in half horizontally. Brush both sides with oil; season with salt and pepper. Cut into triangles; spread on a baking sheet. Bake, turning once, until crisp, 10 minutes.
