Steps:
- 1. Mix soup and milk. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Add rice (and mushrooms if using) and mix slightly. Place pork chops on top, sprinkle them with a little pepper, cover dish with foil and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer until pork is thoroughly cooked. You probably do not need to add salt as the soup contains salt.
