Easy Spinach Lasagne Rolls image

Makes super easy, hearty and healthy dinner. Sometimes I like to do a combination of ricotta and cottage cheese. Serve with a green salad and warm bread.

I love how versatile this dish is. I added some cooked ground beef to the spinach mixture, and it was a hit with my family.

The rolls were a little too salty for my taste.

This recipe was so easy to make. The only thing I found challenging was rolling the lasagna sheets, but once I got the hang of it, it was a breeze.

Overall, a great recipe with easy-to-follow instructions. I highly recommend it.

The end result was slightly underwhelming for my taste. I think a different cheese blend would improve the overall flavor profile. Maybe a combination of cottage cheese and mozzarella.

A bit dry. Even with the addition of the cheese, I felt the final dish could have used a bit more moisture. I'll try adding some alfredo sauce or a second layer of cheese next time.

So easy to make! I was worried that the lasagna sheets would be too firm, but they softened up perfectly in the oven. This is my new go-to weeknight meal.

These were amazing! I was a bit skeptical, but I'm glad I gave them a try. The flavors and textures were unexpectedly delightful. I will definitely be making these again!

I had never made homemade lasagna before, but trying this recipe was a success. My rolls turned a beautiful golden brown. I'll definitely be making these again. Easy weeknight meal!

I followed the instructions closely, and my spinach lasagne rolls were a hit! The only adjustment I made was that I used half the amount of spinach called for in the recipe. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Looking forward to making this again so

This was so so good. Made it for dinner tonight and everyone loved it. I added a little bit of Italian seasoning to the spinach mixture, and it was incredibly flavorful. The mozzarella and provolone got crispy-chewy in the oven and the lasagna sheets
