This dish was not what I expected. The eggplant was bitter and the rigatoni was overcooked. The sauce was bland and the cheese was rubbery. I would not recommend this dish.

This dish was a bit too rich for my taste, but it was still good. The eggplant was tender and the rigatoni was cooked perfectly. The sauce was creamy and cheesy, but it was a bit too heavy for me. I would probably make this dish again, but I would us

I was skeptical about this dish, but I was pleasantly surprised! The eggplant was not bitter at all, and the rigatoni was cooked perfectly. The sauce was flavorful and the cheese was melted and gooey. I would definitely make this dish again.
