Emerilized Hawaiian Poke image

2 tablespoons peanut chili sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons Ogo seaweed (optional)
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons toasted, chopped macadamia nuts
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 pound sushi-grade ahi tuna, medium-diced

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the chili sauce, seaweed, green onions, macadamia nuts, peanut butter, soy sauce, and sesame oil and mix well. Add the tuna and gently fold together.
