Emily's Famous Fried Potatoes image

This is a very tasty potato recipe that is also great for using up leftover baked potatoes. The vinegar gives the spinach a sweet flavor. I like to crumble feta cheese over them too!

These potatoes were a waste of time. They were bland and flavorless.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my potatoes turned out soggy. I think I might have added too much oil.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my potatoes didn't turn out as crispy as I would have liked. I think I might have needed to cook them for a little longer.
