Steps:
- 1. Brown ground beef and onion, add seasonings and tomato sauce. I
- 2. In a 2 qt casserole alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce, olives, and cheese.
- 3. Add water, cover and bake in a 400* oven for 20 minutes.
