English Toffee image

If you like toffee candy bars, you're going to love this English toffee. It reminds us of something you can pick up at a candy shop, The toffee is crackly, gooey, crunchy, and chocolaty all wrapped up in one piece of candy. Incredibly easy to make, you'll want to make this English toffee all the time not just at Christmas.

  • 5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and spread evenly as they melt.
  • 6. While still warm, sprinkle nuts on top.

The toffee didn't set properly, so it was more like a chewy caramel. It was still tasty, but not what I was expecting.
