Excellent, Moist,tender Flounder Fillets image

Even those who claim to not like fish will "beg" for more of this one. It is so moist and tasty. I think I would try it with Ranch dressing as well. I found a similar recipe at another site but adapted it to my tastes. GUARANTEED you will love this !!!!!!!!

I followed the recipe exactly, but my flounder didn't come out as flavorful as I hoped.

This flounder recipe is an absolute keeper! The fish came out flaky and moist, with a beautiful golden crust. I served it with a simple lemon butter sauce and roasted vegetables, and it was a hit with my family.
