This is a very simple recipe and so quick and easy when you need a fast dessert in a pinch. You could use ready-made pie crusts or make your own. I use my fool-proof pie crust recipe and it works great This recipe makes a very rich and delicious pie. I think if you added a little nutmeg to this recipe, it would just set it off....

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and set uncooked pie crust aside.
- 2. Place all ingredients in a blender, Ninja, Vitamix or other food processor. Start on low and increase to medium and blend until smooth.
- 3. Pour into the unbaked pie crust and bake for 40 minutes. Start checking it at 30 minutes. When a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center, it's done.
