Steps:
- 1. Place Brussels Sprouts in an uncovered saucepan and cover with water.
- 2. On stove top, bring water and sprouts to a boil, and cook for three minutes until just fork tender and still bright green.
- 3. Drain Brussel Sprouts.
- 4. In sauce pan, heat olive oil. Sauté garlic, thyme, nuts, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Add cooked Brussel Sprouts and heat through.
- 6. Squeeze lemon over Brussel Sprouts and top with Parmesan cheese.
