This is my new go-to omelet recipe. It's so easy to make, and it's always delicious. I love that I can use any vegetables I have on hand. I also like to add a bit of shredded cheddar cheese or crumbled bacon.

I'm not a big fan of vegetables, but this omelet was really good. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, and the eggs were fluffy and light. I will definitely be making this again.
