Fettuccine with Garlic-Herb Butter image

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 ounces uncooked fettuccini pasta
1 teaspoon butter
1 large garlic clove, minced
2 to 3 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as 1 tablespoon parsley, 1 tablespoon basil, 1 teaspoon marjoram and 1 teaspoon thyme)
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1/8 teaspoon salt
dash pepper

Steps:

  • 1. In large saucepan, cook fettuccine to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain return to saucepan.2. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, melt 1 teaspoon butter over medium heat. Add garlic cook 30 to 60 seconds or until garlic begins to turn golden brown.3. In small bowl, combine herbs, 1 tablespoon butter, salt, pepper and cooked garlic mix well.
