Steps:
- Bring roasts to room temp. Rub with oil then sprinkle with salt, pepper minced garlic, and rosemary.
- Preheat oven to 500. (Roast mode in big oven)
- Cook until internal temperature is 120 (30-50 min) then remove from oven.
