This recipe is a fail. The batter didn't stick to the chicken or fish and it all fell apart in the fryer.

This recipe is a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my batter turned out really thick and goopy. The chicken and fish didn't cook evenly.

The chicken was a little dry, but the fish was perfect. I think I might have overcooked the chicken.

The batter was a little too thick for my taste, but it still tasted great. Next time I'll try using a little less flour.

This batter is amazing! The chicken and fish come out so crispy and golden brown. I've tried it with both chicken and fish and it works perfectly for both. The flavor is also great, with a subtle hint of garlic and herbs.
