Steps:
- Combine sour cream,cilantro(chopped),lime juice and jalapenos(seeded for less heat,or NOT) in food processor. Pour sauce from food processor over sliced onion and refrigerate. Combine paprika,br.sugar,oregano,garlic powder,salt,cumin,ground red pepper with a fork to create a dry rub for fish. Rub dry mix to both sides of fish and broil,flipping fish half way through the cooking time. Place fish onto warmed tortilla,cover with sauce,beans,lettuce,avacado,tomatoes and corn. Close tortilla and grab a napkin or two.
