Five Layer Dinner Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 7

650 grams extra lean ground beef
2 large onions, sliced
1 large can diced tomatoes (796ml)
1 sliced green pepper (optional)
1 can mushrooms (optional) (284ml)
1 can corn (341ml) or 1 cup frozen corn(optional)
6 medium sliced potatoes

Steps:

  • Scramble beef until crumbly and brown. Place meat in bottom of casserole. Layer slice onion, green pepper, mushrooms, corn Top with thin slices of potatoes Pour the can of diced tomatoes on top. Bake in a 350 degreen oven covered for 1 hour, then uncovered for 1/2 hour.
