I started out fixing another recipe but didn't have all the ingredients, so I came up with this one! The spice gives it a flavorful kick. - Place the first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring just to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes., In a 12-in. skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add pork chops; cook until bottoms are browned, 4-5 minutes. Turn chops; spoon glaze over top. Cook, uncovered, until chops are glazed and heated through, 3-4 minutes.
