French Coconut Pie image

I found this recipe from another website (www.veryculinary.com)and i love coconut and it was awesome.

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
1 c flaked coconut
1 stick butter, melted
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
1 9 inch deep uncooked pie shell

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350
  • 2. Mix filling ingredients well and pour into pie shell.
  • 3. Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool and set before slicing.
