Fresh Coconut Pie image

1 cup sugar
1/2 stick melted butter
2 tablespoons flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup coconut, grated
1 9-inch pie crust, fluted and unbaked

Steps:

  • Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into pie crust and bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for one hour. Cool before serving
