This is a wonderful and light dressing-dip to dress up some fresh cut fruit and berries. Perfect when you want sneak in some extra nutrition to an already perfect food (fruit).

2 cups Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅓ cup confectioners' sugar
12 fresh mint leaves, chopped

Steps:

  • Stir the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add the confectioners' sugar and mix. Fold the mint into the mixture.
