Zesty Banana-Pineapple Fruit Leather (Dehydrator) image

From Home Food Dehydrating by Jay and Shirley Bills. I haven't tried it yet, but I think it sounds yummy.

2 cups bananas
1 cup pineapple
1 tablespoon orange peel, dried ground
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Steps:

  • Puree, spread on dehydrator sheet, and dehydrate several hours.
