Fried Bananas (Bananas fritas) image

Number Of Ingredients 6

6 bananas, peeled - use cooking bananas if possible
egg, well beaten
1 pinch salt
1 cup bread crumbs
1 inch hot cooking oil
butter

Steps:

  • Peel bananas, dip in egg with pinch of salt added. Dip in bread crumbs. Fry in 1 inch of hot cooking oil and butter mixed together until golden brown. Serve hot.
