This recipe was a lifesaver! I had some leftover fried rice in the fridge and didn't know what to do with it. This casserole was the perfect way to use it up.

This recipe was a disaster! The casserole turned out mushy and flavorless. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

I thought this recipe was just okay. It was easy to make, but the flavor was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll try adding some more spices next time.

This recipe is a keeper! The casserole was delicious and so easy to make. I used brown rice instead of white rice, and it turned out great. My husband and kids loved it.
