- 1. Slice the potaoes by cutting in half lengthwise then slicing.
- 2. Chop the onion.
- 3. Dice up the spam.
- 4. Heat oil in a heavy skillet on Medium heat.
- 5. Add Potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes stirring often.
- 6. Add the onion and Spam. Continue to cook stirring often until potatoes are crisp and Spam has good color.
