Number Of Ingredients 7

1-1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
4 cups cold whole milk
3 cups pineapple juice, chilled
1/2 cup orange juice, chilled
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients; beat until frothy. Pour into a chilled punch bowl. Let stand for 15-20 minutes or until froth rises to the top.

The frothy part of the punch fell flat as soon as it hit the glass. I think there needs to be more details on how to get the froth to stay in the drink.

I'm not a big fan of cranberry juice, but this punch was still really good. The orange juice and ginger ale helped to balance out the tartness of the cranberries.
