Like Capital-One, I don't leave home without it. For family or church gatherings, there's always a couple of requests for this oh-so-easy salad/dessert. Be mindful, though...it really freezes up and does take some time to thaw out enough to enjoy the full-bodied flavor. After all the times I've made it, though, I almost always forget to bring it out early as a salad. Sooo, once the meal is over I present it as dessert!!

I'm allergic to nuts, so I substituted sunflower seeds in this recipe. It was still delicious!

This dessert was a disappointment. The fruit was bland and the yogurt was sour.

I thought this dessert was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

This was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try it again with less sugar next time.

This was a great way to use up some leftover fruit. I added some chopped nuts and it was delicious.

I'm not a big fan of frozen fruit, but this dessert was surprisingly good. The fruit was still flavorful and the yogurt and granola added a nice touch.
