Wow, another super easy recipe from my Grammie's stash that is great for those hot summer days. This sets up well and with a little added color from your favorite flavor of jello you could serve it for any holiday and with Easter around the corner it would be a wonderful dessert to serve. Number Of Ingredients 8

1 can(s) crushed pineapple or chunk ( do not drain)
1 pkg dream whip or 1 carton of whipped topping
1 - 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
FOR FESTIVE AND FUN SALAD
2 Tbsp jello, your favorite flavor
12 small maraschino cherries for topping
colored sprinkles
mini marshmallow

Steps:

  • 1. Combine together all 3 ingredients and freeze. (I added about 1 tbsp of raspberry jello just to give it some color.)
  • 2. Pour into a square glass dish and place in the freezer.
  • 3. Slice into squares and serve.
