Number Of Ingredients 4

3/4 C. Sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
5 C. Ice Water
15 C. Sweet corn

Steps:

  • Combine sugar, salt, and water in a large bowl. Mix well. The cut your fresh corn off the cob using serrated knife. Add your corn kernels to the water mixture and mix well. Place mixture in containers to freeze.
