Fruit Pizza image

This fruit pizza is very yummy! It is very easy to make, does not take long at all. And you can obviously use any type of fruit you want :)

PIZZA CRUST
1 pkg refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1/2 c marshmallow creme
1 pkg cream cheese
TOPPINGS
1/2 lb strawberries
1 kiwi
1 apple
1/4 c mandarin oranges
1/4 c blueberries

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On an ungreased medium baking sheet, smooth the cookie dough into a single layer about 1/4 inch thick. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  • 2. Let cookie cool for 5 minutes. In a medium bowl blend marshmallow creme and cream cheese. Spread mixture over the baked crust. Let this chill in the refrigerator for a little.
  • 3. Wash and cut strawberries, kiwi, and apples (or whatever fruit you decide to use for your pizza). Place fruit evenly on top of frosted cookie crust. Cut and serve.
