Fruit Pizza image

If using a pizza pan for this recipe, only use 1/2 of the cookie dough. Anything more will create a big mess in the oven.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pkg refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1/2 c strawberries, fresh, sliced
1/2 c kiwi, sliced
1/2 c canned pineapple tidbits, drained
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 c powedered sugar

Steps:

  • 1. *You can either use a regular pizza pan or 9x13 baking dish for this recipe. Spread cookie dough evenly across pizza pan or baking dish, just as you would pizza dough.
  • 2. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Do not let dough brown. Cool completely.
  • 3. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • 4. Spread on cooled cookie.
  • 5. Top with the fresh fruit. (Blueberries are also great on this pizza.)
  • 6. Refrigerate for a couple hours, for best results. Enjoy!
