Fruit & Veggie Smoothies Recipe - (4.3/5) image

BANANA CARROT SMOOTHIE:
1 ripe banana, frozen is ok
1 cup apple juice (or apple slices and water)
1-2 cups baby carrots (or chopped carrots)
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt (or any yogurt you like)
GREEN SLIME SMOOTHIE:
1 banana, cut in chunks
1/2 apple, cored and chopped or sliced
1 cup white grapes
1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla)
1-2 cups fresh spinach leaves
GO GREEN SMOOTHIE:
2 very ripe pears, cored and sliced or chopped
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
SUPER KALE WEIGHT LOSS SMOOTHIE:
1 cup kale, washed & chopped
1 cup mixed berries
1-2 bananas
1 whole carrot or 5/6 baby carrots
1 cup yogurt of choice or almond milk
1 single serve of splenda (optional)
1 cup orange juice
Ice
FRUITY KALE:
1 cup kale, chopped
1 banana
2 cups strawberries
1 cup apple juice
POWER FRUIT SMOOTHIE:
1 ripe banana
1 cup strawberries, frozen is ok to
1/2 cup kefir (strawberry kefir if extra sweetness needed) or 1 container of yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1/4 avocado
Squirt flax seed oil
1 tablespoon frozen spinach and any other berries or fruits you love
BANANA BERRY SMOOTHIE:
Frozen blueberries
Frozen strawberries
Raspberry sherbet
Frozen bananas
Apple juice
Ice
MY LITTLE AUDREY'S FAVORITE:
1 ripe banana
1 handful frozen blueberries
2 dollops yogurt
1/2 cup apple juice
1 handful spinach
1 handful peeled cucumber
BANANA OATMEAL SMOOTHIE:
1 medium banana
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon flax seed
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup soy milk
1 cup ice
1 scoop of whey protein powder
HULK MASH:
1 1/2 frozen banana chunks
1/2 avocado
Enough apple juice that it will blend smooth
EVERYTHING SMOOTHIE:
6 baby carrots
Handful spinach
1 banana, cut into pieces
2 cups mixed frozen fruit( i used strawberries, peaches, mangos, pineapple, blueberries)
6 ounces peach yogurt (or any flavor you like)
6 ounces orange juice
3 ice cubes
HEALTHY BLUE SMOOTHIE:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
PURPLE MANGO:
1 cup frozen chopped Mango
3/4 cup frozen black and blueberries
1 cup spinach
1 cup orange juice
3/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt
2 teaspoons honey (optional)

Steps:

  • Banana Carrot Smoothie: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Green Slime Smoothie: Trust me, you or I might be turned off, but kids will LOVE the idea of eating slime! Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Go Green Smoothie: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Super kale weight loss smoothie: Blend ice and orange juice first then add all fruit and the vegetables then add your yogurt or almond milk and Splenda blend well. Makes 2-3 servings Fruity Kale: Blend well serve cold!!! Power Fruit Smoothie: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Banana Berry Smoothie: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. This is the best smoothie ever! My Little Audrey's Favorite: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. This is my little toddlers favorite! Banana Oatmeal Smoothie: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Hulk Mash: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Delicious! Everything Smoothie: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Healthy Blue smoothie: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Purple Mango: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Make about 3-4 cups Enjoy!
