1 1/2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken, sliced
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon thick soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 onion, cubed
salt

Steps:

  • Heat oil and fry ginger, garlic and shallot until brown.
  • Add chicken and stir fry for 1 minute, then add all ingredients.
  • Cook for 8 minutes, stirring often until sauce thickens.
