I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but my sauce turned out really oily. I followed the recipe exactly, but it just didn't come together. I ended up having to skim off a lot of the oil.

I found this recipe to be a bit bland. I added some extra spices, and it was much better. I would also recommend using a different type of cheese, such as Parmesan or Asiago.

My bow ties turned out really mushy. I think I cooked them for too long. I would recommend cooking them for less time, or using a different type of pasta.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my sauce turned out really watery. I followed the recipe exactly, but it just didn't come together. I ended up having to add a lot of cornstarch to thicken it up.

This recipe was a bit too expensive for my taste. The ingredients were all very expensive, and the dish didn't really yield that much food. I would recommend using a different recipe if you're on a budget.
