3 lbs tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cream
3 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

Steps:

  • mix salad
  • put in frig.
  • when ready to serve mix with dressing
  • toss with bacon.
