Ghetto Nachos 2 image

Not like the other Ghetto Nachos posted here, these are made with Ruffles Potato chips! I know it sounds odd, but they really are good. You have to use Ruffles though, not generics or the Lay's equivalent. I got this recipe from a friend of mine.

These nachos are so easy to make. I just threw everything in a baking dish and baked it in the oven. They were ready in less than 30 minutes.

These nachos are a great way to use up leftover ingredients. I always have a bag of tortilla chips in my pantry and I can usually find some cheese and salsa in the fridge.

I love that these nachos can be made with different toppings. I always add jalapeños and black beans, but you could also add ground beef, chicken, or anything else you like.

I love that these nachos can be made with any kind of cheese. I used a Mexican cheese blend, but you could use cheddar, mozzarella, or any other type of cheese that you like.

These nachos are a great way to use up leftover tortilla chips. I always have a bag of chips that are about to go stale, so I make these nachos to use them up.

These ghetto nachos were a hit at my party! I used Doritos instead of tortilla chips and they were delicious. I also added some shredded chicken and black beans to make them more filling.
