GINGER BEANS & WEINER CORN BREAD CASSEROLE image

This casserole is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the cornbread and the beans and weiner are hidden inside.

I'm not a big fan of ginger, but I still liked this casserole. The other flavors really balanced out the ginger.

This is a great recipe for using up leftover cornbread. I always have cornbread leftover from Thanksgiving and this is a great way to use it up.

I followed the recipe but my casserole didn't turn out as good as I expected. I think I overcooked it.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would add more spices next time.

I love this casserole! It's so easy to make and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I usually add a can of diced green chilies to give it a little extra kick.

This is a great recipe for a quick and easy weeknight meal. I made it with ground turkey instead of pork sausage and it was still delicious.

This casserole was a hit with my family! The flavors of the ginger, beans, weiner, and cornbread all came together perfectly. I will definitely be making this again.
