Ginger Peach Green Smoothie image

Juicy ripe peaches and a zing of ginger give this green spinach smoothie a bit of zip and whole lot of sass.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup fresh or frozen peaches (approx. one 10-ounce peach)
1 small frozen banana
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or another milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger (about 1/2 thumb-sized piece, peeled and diced*)
1 cup baby spinach (packed)
Optional: Honey (agave, or another sweetener of choice)

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. Taste and add sweetener if desired. Pour into a glass and serve.
