Steps:

  • Cut 1 small cauliflower into large florets. Toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil on a foil-lined baking sheet; season with salt and pepper. Roast at 450˚ F, tossing halfway through, until browned and tender, 25 to 30 minutes. Mix 1 tablespoon each Dijon mustard and date syrup and 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar. Pour over the cauliflower and toss; roast until glazed, 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.

This recipe was a disaster. The cauliflower was mushy and the glaze was burnt. I will not be making this again.

This recipe was easy to follow and the cauliflower turned out great. The glaze was a little too sweet for my taste, but that's easily adjustable. I would definitely make this again.

I thought this recipe was great! The cauliflower was roasted perfectly and the glaze was delicious. I used a little less oil than the recipe called for and it was still plenty flavorful. I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe was just okay. The cauliflower was roasted well, but the glaze was a little bland. I added some garlic and herbs to the glaze and it was much better. I might make this again, but I would definitely adjust the glaze.

I'm not usually a big fan of cauliflower, but this recipe changed my mind. The glaze was so good and the cauliflower was so tender. I'll definitely be making this again.
