I'm not a big fan of pineapple, but I decided to try this recipe anyway. I was pleasantly surprised! The pineapple and cherries were a great combination and the rice was cooked perfectly. I'll definitely be making this again.

This dish was a bit too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved it. I think I'll try using less sugar next time.
