I'm not a huge fan of goat cheese, but I thought I would give these biscuits a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The goat cheese flavor was not overpowering, and the biscuits were very flavorful.

These biscuits were a little dry for my taste. I think I would add a bit more milk or butter next time.

I've made these biscuits several times now, and they are always a hit! They're so easy to make, and they're always perfect. I love the way the goat cheese adds a little tanginess to the biscuits.

These biscuits were absolutely delicious! I used a combination of goat cheese and sharp cheddar, and they were so flavorful. The dough was easy to work with, and the biscuits turned out light and fluffy. I will definitely be making these again.
