Steps:
- 1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). 2.Add flour to food processor. Cut butter into dice and add. Crumble goat cheese and add into processor. Pulse food processor until everything is combined and looks like coarse breadcrumbs. 3.Place in bowl and combine into a ball. Chill 30 minutes. Roll out into a rectangle about 1/4-inch (5-mm) thick. Cut 3-inch (8-cm) rounds and place on ungreased cookie sheet. 4.Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden. Cool on a rack.
