Gourmet Grouper image

Grouper was BOGO at the market. I had this recipe from an e-mail recipe group I belong to and finally tried it. I added a little old bay to the crab mixture, just cuz we like the flavor. It is easy with great flavor. Looks and taste much more fancy than it is, wonderful for a dinner party if your looking to impress.

I made a few substitutions to the recipe and it still turned out great. I used tilapia instead of grouper and I added some extra vegetables to the sauce.
