This salad has all the flavors I love: fresh basil, juicy tomatoes, and nutty grains. It's a perfect summer dish that's easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

This was my first time trying farro, and I really enjoyed it. It has a nice nutty flavor and a chewy texture that pairs well with the other ingredients in this salad.
