GRANDMA'S BANANA PUDDING image

Yield 6-8 servings

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 Tbsp Flour
2 Cups Sugar
4 Egg Yolks beaten
2 tsp Vanilla extract
3 Cups 2% Milk
4-6 Bananas sliced
1-2 Packages of Cinnamon Graham Crackers

Steps:

  • * Mix flour, sugar, egg yolks, & vanilla. * Cook mixture over medium heat until boiling. * Let pudding cool. * Crush graham crackers and begin layering dish starting with crumbs, then a layer of pudding, & then a layer of bananas. * Repeat layers and finish off with a final topper of graham cracker crumbs.
