1-1/2 cups dried navy beans
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chili sauce

1/2 cup water
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T molasses
1 T Worcestershire sauce
dash of hot pepper sauce
2 T salt pork fat, small dice

Steps:

  • 1 Day in advance soak dried beans in water until rehydrated. Boil navy beans in large pot until they are soft.
