GRAPE SALSA image

2 cups coronation grapes, cut in half
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped fine
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Combine all ingedients, serve immediately.
