- Preheat oven to 375. Lay pitas on a baking sheet. Spread 2-3 tablespooons tomato sauce on each pita bread. Add onion, tomato, pepper, olives to your liking. Finely crumble feta cheese and sprinkle lightly over pita. Bake 10-15 minutes until hot and crsip.
